Sun Tailor gets the fundamentals right: the clothes fit, the prices are fair, and the turnaround is quick when you need changes made. Reviewers consistently come back for shirts, jackets, pants, and dresses – nothing too exotic, but executed well. The fabric selection has gotten some underwhelmed reactions, so if you have specific material in mind, call ahead or lower your expectations on that front.
Anh Bic is the person you want. Her English is strong, she’s been there for years, and regulars specifically seek her out by name. The owner has also shown genuine hospitality (cold drinks on a hot day is worth more than it sounds in Hoi An in August).
The customer service reviews are split – some visitors felt welcomed, others walked out feeling dismissed before they’d even ordered. It’s inconsistent enough to be worth noting, not consistent enough to be a dealbreaker.
