Nail work is precise, tools are sterilized, and the massage practitioners actually know what they’re doing – the hot stone and Vietnamese combo is the standout treatment.
The full-body massage, eyebrow threading, lash lift and tint, and gel nails are all solid bets. Acrylic refills are done with care and precision. Prices are fair for Hoi An – expect to pay around 400,000 VND for combined treatments. If you want a shave, they handle that too. Ask for Ms. Khan for massage.
One real caveat: when it gets busy, attention can get split and service slips – at least one person left with regular polish instead of the requested gel, so confirm your service clearly before they start. Come mid-morning on a weekday to get Mai or her staff fully focused on you. Solo travelers and couples will get the most out of it; it’s not really set up for large groups moving through at pace.
