Mót Hội An
Description
A street-side stall in the old town that sells one thing really well: cold herbal lemonade with lemongrass, cinnamon, and what tastes like dried flower petals. It costs around 20,000 VND, which is nothing, and the line tells you everything you need to know before you even taste it.
The drink is good – cooling, slightly medicinal in that pleasant way, and nothing like the sugary stuff sold everywhere else in the quarter. If you’re skeptical of the hype, just look at how fast people drain the cup.
They also do some Central Vietnamese (xứ Quảng) food on the side, which is worth knowing if the heat has killed your appetite for walking far. Not the main event, but a solid backup.
