Cafe Lê Hiền does two things particularly well: coconut coffee and salt coffee. Both are worth ordering, and the air-conditioned seating means you can actually sit and drink them without melting into your chair (a genuine luxury in Hoi An’s humidity).
The owner runs a tight little operation that goes beyond coffee. There’s a small souvenir shop on-site with prices that won’t make you wince, which is more than can be said for most tourist-facing shops in the old town.
The coconut boat ride through the palm village is the real wildcard here – it’s run through the cafe and reviewers come back happy about it. Good option if you want to bundle a coffee stop with something to actually do.
