Layna’s Home sits tucked in a quiet neighborhood outside Hoi An’s Old Town, surrounded by rice fields, and it’s built for people who want the countryside version of Hoi An without giving up comfort. This is a family-run homestay rather than a hotel, and that shows in every detail: the rooms are brand new, spotless, and decorated with a warm, tasteful hand, and the whole property feels more like staying with relatives who happen to have a saltwater pool and a rice-field view balcony.

If you want nightlife on your doorstep or a big hotel with an anonymous front desk, this isn’t it and you’ll be happier closer to the Old Town center. But for a relaxed, quiet base with real hospitality, a pool, and rice-field views, this is one of the better homestay picks in Hoi An.
