The owner (Lani gets name-checked repeatedly) will arrange your airport pickup, sort your breakfast, and make you a second bánh mì if you look hungry. That breakfast is the real selling point – multiple reviewers call it out unprompted, which means something.
Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the basics are covered: AC, hot water, fridge, hair dryer, free bikes. Location puts you walking distance from the Ancient Town without the noise of being right in the middle of it.
Fair warning: staff will pitch tours and transport, and their prices for things like the Da Nang transfer run slightly above market rate. Worth knowing before you say yes to anything automatically.
