The staff, particularly a host named Hin, get consistently good marks for being helpful and sorting out logistics. Breakfast is available for around 100,000 VND and covers the basics well enough – eggs, fruit, decent coffee.
The building has real aesthetic ambition, and the bones are good. There is no elevator (worth knowing if you’re hauling luggage to the third floor).
