Ningy Spa Hoian
Description
Ningy Spa punches well above its price point – the 90-minute Vietnamese full body massage is the anchor of the menu and the right call for a first visit. The therapists are strong, so if you usually ask for ‘medium’ pressure at other places, you may want to clarify that upfront (or don’t, and let them sort you out).
The owner, Thao, is the kind of person who will offer you a post-tour shower, lay out towels and single-use underwear without being asked, and arrange a ride home. That level of attentiveness is rare and it sets the tone for how the whole place operates.
The space itself is clean and simple – no theatrical mood lighting or overdesigned interiors, just a well-run small business that focuses on the actual massage. There are also fish. Apparently they are cool.
Highlights
- Therapists apply real pressure (reviewers consistently flag this as a good thing)
- Consistently clean and professionally run
- Prices undercut comparable spas in the old town without cutting corners on quality
- Setting is simple and unfussy, which is fine, but if ambience is a priority for you, manage expectations
