Hanh runs the place and she’s the kind of host who will book your day trips, sort your bus tickets, rent you a bicycle, and apparently hold things together when a guest has a genuine medical emergency (that three-week stay review is not an exaggeration of what good hospitality looks like).
Rooms are clean, accurate to the photos, and serviced daily. Noise is manageable if you pick your room carefully – the third floor near the AC unit is louder than the second floor, and thin walls mean you’ll hear neighboring showers briefly.
The An Bang location suits people who want beach access over Old Town convenience. There’s a café strip within 50 meters and live music nearby a couple of nights a week (a pro or con depending on your evening plans).
