Gian Don is run by a young woman who makes linen clothes by hand and clearly knows what she’s doing. The shop sits near the Anantara Resort, which puts it a bit outside the Old Quarter chaos – and that distance from tourist central is reflected in the prices too.

You can buy off the rack or get something made to your measurements, and they’ll adjust sizing on ready-to-wear pieces without charging extra for it. The owner communicates well over Instagram if you want to send reference photos before you even show up in person.

The fabrics are the real selling point here – linen, good texture, colors that aren’t the usual tourist-market options. Custom pieces can take longer than the quoted timeline, so build in a buffer day if you’re on a tight schedule.
