Grab drivers regularly redirect passengers from other operators to this place (it happens constantly, not just once), and the opening price is inflated well above what the actual market rate should be. The listed 250,000 VND per person is roughly three times what comparable operators charge.

If you end up here, negotiate hard before you get in the boat. Also know that karaoke and spinning tricks on the water cost extra beyond the base fare, so ask what is and is not included before you commit.
