Morning Glory Signature
Description
Morning Glory Signature sits right in the thick of it – markets, river, tourists everywhere – and it leans into that energy rather than apologizing for it. The multi-floor setup matters: the upper floors (2F and 3F) are where you want to be for better food and service, while the ground-floor Vys Deli section is a different, reportedly worse experience.
The menu has genuine highlights. The crispy chicken wings with garlic and chili are the real reason to come, and the pork ribs and spring rolls have earned their reputation. Pineapple juice gets an odd amount of love in the reviews, which usually means something.
Service is fast when it’s working (15-minute turnaround during peak hours is legitimately impressive) but inconsistent enough that you might draw the short straw on a bad shift. The saltiness complaints show up across multiple languages, which is a pattern worth knowing before you order.
