The staff are genuinely friendly in a way that doesn’t feel transactional, which matters when you’re deciding whether to come back a second morning in a row (you will). It runs all day, so you’re not racing the clock the way you are at some of the breakfast-only spots.

One fair warning: the salt level skews assertive. If you’re sodium-sensitive, worth asking them to go lighter on the seasoning before they build the whole thing.
