Description

Madam Khanh has been making banh mi on Tran Cao Van Street long enough that her name became her title. The bread is baked fresh, the fillings are layered with actual care, and the whole thing costs less than a dollar fifty (which is the correct price for banh mi).

The queue is real and moves slowly because each sandwich is made to order. Come before 11am or accept that you will wait. She sells out, and she doesn’t reopen just because you showed up at 2pm.
