Kim runs this place and she is the main reason to come here. She’s loud, funny, and will negotiate prices with you like it’s a sport (reviewers describe it as genuinely fun, which is not something you hear often about haggling). The staff match her energy – warm, skilled, and actually attentive to how much pressure you want.

The massage quality is the real draw. A Japanese reviewer who hit eight different spots in Hoi An called the therapists here the best of the lot. The hair wash service also has a small but devoted following – apparently they keep the water out of your ears, which sounds basic until you’ve had it done badly elsewhere.

Nails are done here too, and they’ll fix imperfections without charging you again. Happy hour runs 4-7pm and that’s when you want to show up if you’re watching your budget.
