Bring a name, a phrase, or a date, and they’ll laser it onto a set of chopsticks that actually makes a decent gift (as opposed to the usual fridge magnet situation). They’ll redo the engraving if the first pass isn’t right, which matters more than it sounds.

They also do custom leather tags for bags and other small personalized items. The owners are patient and easy to work with, which helps when you’re trying to explain exactly what you want in a shop where language is a partial barrier.
