Description

Bill Coffee & Tea has figured out the specialty coffee menu that every tourist cafe in Hoi An claims to do but rarely pulls off. The crème brûlée latte and egg coffee are the standouts – rich, well-balanced, and not drowned in sugar (which, given the complaints about sweetness at other spots in town, is saying something).

The coconut coffee draws repeat visitors who came back daily during their stays. The salt coffee is also worth ordering – stir it properly before drinking or you’ll miss the point entirely.

The space runs proper air conditioning, which matters more than any menu item when you’ve been walking the old town in July. Service gets mentioned constantly in reviews, including staff staying late for customers who showed up near closing time.

Highlights

Insider Tip
Ask the owner to go easy on the sugar - sweetness levels are adjustable, and the coffee is better when it's not competing with a syrup overload.

- Coconut coffee keeps people coming back daily
