Yoga on the Deck

Description

A riverside deck yoga practice led by teachers Jodie and Ana, running at 7am rain or shine. The setting is genuinely good – you’re right on the water looking out over the river, which does most of the work before the class even starts.

Both teachers get consistent praise for reading the room and adjusting to whoever shows up, so you’re not going to be left flailing at the back if you’ve never done yoga before. Small group sizes mean you actually get attention rather than just following along anonymously.

After class there are fruit bowls and matcha, which sounds like a minor detail until you’re sweaty at 8am and suddenly it’s the best thing that’s happened all week. Affordable enough that adding it to a slow morning in Hoi An is a no-brainer.
