Phin Flow Yoga
Description
Phin Flow Yoga sits near the beach and runs a wider menu than most studios you’ll find in the old town – mat classes, yogalates, aerial, singing bowls, and a kids program that actually works. The aerial yoga is the standout, with teachers (Trinh, Rosie, and Ching in particular) who build beginners up gradually instead of just tossing you in a silk hammock and wishing you luck.
The ‘Joyful Yoga’ class on weekends has its own following for good reason – it’s the kind of session people describe as the most fun they’ve had on a mat, which is not something you hear every day. Multiple class formats means a family can split up, do different things, and meet back downstairs for coffee without anyone feeling like they drew the short straw.
Owner Nga runs a tight, attentive operation. Classes are small enough that instructors notice when you’re struggling with a pose and actually do something about it.
Highlights
- Multiple class types under one roof (mat, aerial, yogalates, kids, singing bowls) suits mixed groups and families
- Instructors across the board get named repeatedly in reviews - the teaching quality is personal, not generic
- A cafe downstairs makes the post-class debrief easy
- No consistent mention of flexible drop-in scheduling, so booking ahead seems necessary
