Air conditioning is a genuine lifesaver when it’s 35 degrees outside, and the 50,000 VND day pass makes it easy to justify stopping in. They hand you a towel at the door, there’s a sauna, and the staff are helpful.
The smoothie and protein bar outside is a nice touch after a session, though it can be inconsistent depending on who’s running it that day. Equipment selection is solid across all muscle groups, including some machines you won’t recognize but will probably enjoy.
One real caveat: peak hours get crowded enough that you’ll be waiting for benches and machines. Come mid-morning on a weekday if you want the place to yourself (or closer to yourself).
