Seagull Nest Hoi An

A small boutique hotel sitting right on the Ho River, about 600 meters from the beach and a 10-minute ride from the old town. Twelve rooms, all with balconies facing the pool, which in turn faces the river. Sunsets happen directly over the water, so the pool deck earns its keep every evening.

Anna and the team are the reason this place works. They organize massages, cook fresh breakfasts from a rotating menu of five options, and have been known to invite guests to eat with them during Tet preparations (which is exactly as good as it sounds). Free fruit and a water dispenser are standard.
