A riverside villa sitting in proper greenery outside the main tourist drag. The river views are real, the gardens are well-kept, and the rooms are clean and spacious – this is a genuinely calm base when the old town feels like too much.
The owners are the main reason people come back. Staff have driven out to meet lost guests on arrival, arranged in-room surprises for anniversaries, and looked after sick travelers when they couldn’t leave their rooms. That level of care at this price point is not normal.
You are not walking to the Ancient Town from here. Budget for a Grab bike or scooter every time you leave (a few minutes and a few thousand dong, so not a real problem). A minor note from a couple of reviewers: hot water and mattress comfort can be inconsistent depending on your room.
