Giang is a standout guide – multiple people called her out by name, which tells you something.
The cooking lesson and farm lunch are worth showing up for on their own. Groups tend to mix well here, probably because everyone is slightly muddy and laughing by the time the food arrives.
Practical note: the basket boat section includes live music and dancing on the water, which sounds gimmicky but reviewers seem won over by it.
