Description

Nữ Eatery sits in a back alley and does Vietnamese-inflected fusion in a way that actually justifies the concept. The pork buns are the move – small, two to an order, worth every one of the 40,000 dong. The fish tacos and ragu get repeat mentions too, which is a decent sign for a menu that could easily have been a one-trick situation.

Portions are small by design, so think of it as a sharing-plates situation and order more than you think you need. The second-floor balcony seating is the spot if you want air and a bit of distance from the bustle below.

This place fills up, and the queue management is essentially nonexistent – groups have been known to walk past waiting customers and get seated anyway. Come with patience or come early.

Highlights

Insider Tip
Order at least two rounds of the pork buns upfront - one order disappears fast and you will immediately want more.
Pros
- The pork buns are legitimately excellent and get called out by nearly every reviewer
- The fish tacos and ragu hold up alongside the headliner dishes
- Prices are reasonable given the quality and the chef-driven approach
- Strong enough that at least one person came back three days in a row
Cons
- No real queue system means waiting outside with no guarantee your place in line is respected
- Small portions require ordering multiple dishes to feel full, which adds up
Best For
Couples, Groups, Quick bite
