Tu is the main instructor and the reason most people come back. Experienced hot yoga practitioners consistently rate him among the best they’ve worked with, and first-timers who nearly walked out mid-class still ended up returning. That’s a decent track record.
Fair warning: the teaching style is traditional Bikram – verbal cues, corrections called out, instructors who will tell you to push harder. If you want a gentle, self-guided flow class, this is the wrong room. If you want to sweat through something difficult with someone who knows what they’re doing, you’re in the right place.
