Bikram Yoga Hoi An
Description
Bikram yoga in a heated glass-walled room facing the ocean at An Bang Beach. The format is exactly what it sounds like – 26 postures, high heat, no modifications to the sequence – so come in knowing that.
Tu is the main instructor and the reason most people come back. Experienced hot yoga practitioners consistently rate him among the best they’ve worked with, and first-timers who nearly walked out mid-class still ended up returning. That’s a decent track record.
Fair warning: the teaching style is traditional Bikram – verbal cues, corrections called out, instructors who will tell you to push harder. If you want a gentle, self-guided flow class, this is the wrong room. If you want to sweat through something genuinely difficult with someone who knows what they’re doing, you’re in the right place.
Highlights
- The ocean-facing heated room gives you something to focus on when the postures get hard
- Welcoming to first-timers - multiple people tried hot yoga here for the first time and came back
- Conveniently located near An Bang Beach, 3 minutes from several popular accommodations
- Classes are genuinely physically demanding; people with low heat tolerance should know what they're signing up for
