AVOCADO Resto & Café

Description

A Western-leaning brunch cafe tucked down a side street in the old town, best known for its egg coffee, salt coffee, and avocado-based everything. The space is calm and roomy with plenty of outlets and isolated corners (good for a few hours of laptop work between meals). The tiny courtyard fountain is a nice touch.

Happy hour runs 8-10am with 50% off the whole menu, which is the main reason to show up early. Outside of that window, prices sit firmly in tourist territory, so time your visit accordingly. There’s also a 20% discount if you order through their online system.

Reliability is a real issue here. Multiple people have turned up to find it closed or not serving food outside of obvious holiday periods. Call ahead or check before walking over in the heat.
