Ba Bi is run by two sisters, Luna and Anna, who do the actual sewing themselves. That matters more than you’d think – most shops in Hoi An outsource the work, which is where quality and communication break down. Here, the person measuring you is the person making your clothes.
The turnaround is fast. Seven pieces in 24 hours with two fittings is not unusual here, and the fit holds up because they do proper rounds of adjustments rather than handing you something and wishing you luck. Bring reference photos – they’re good at interpreting inspiration and making it work for your actual body.
