Bánh mì Bích
Description
A sidewalk stall in the old town where Bích makes her own pâté from scratch – and you can taste the difference. The filling is generous: cold cuts, house-made pâté, fresh herbs, and a well-balanced sauce that doesn’t turn the bread into a soggy mess. The crust stays crispy, which matters more than people admit.
At around 20,000-30,000 VND a roll, this is not a place to overthink. You queue, you eat, you probably come back the next day. Locals make up most of the crowd, which tells you what you need to know.
Bích herself is the whole operation – warm, fast, and clearly not interested in cutting corners. Expect a short wait when it’s busy, but the line moves.
