Description
Bar.to.B is the Italian-run bar attached to La Bottega restaurant, a few blocks from the Old Town, which means it’s quieter than anything on the main strip. You can drink seriously good cocktails (the Aperol Spritz gets called out specifically) while ordering pizza, pasta, or pastries straight from the kitchen next door.
The staff are the real draw here. Tai, Ha, Sang, Mun, and Hien all get name-checked by reviewers, which tells you something about the level of attention you’ll actually receive. The Italian owner has a habit of pouring limoncello on the house, so don’t make plans immediately after.
This is not a party bar. It’s a cozy, stylish room where you can have a proper conversation and eat something that isn’t pho for one evening. The prices are fair for the quality.
