The location puts you close enough to the Old Town to walk or grab one of the complimentary bikes, without being stuck in the middle of the tourist scrum.
The breakfast buffet is the kind that gets repeat guests booking again specifically for it, and the staff reputation here is unusually consistent. When something goes wrong (it occasionally does with room allocation), they move fast to fix it and typically throw in something extra by way of apology.
