BLOOM Spa
Description
BLOOM Spa handles the full range – massages, manicures, pedicures, hair wash – and does all of it well enough that people walk in for a pedicure and walk out 90 minutes later having added a massage to their afternoon. The nail work is a particular strength: staff will work from a Pinterest reference photo and get it right, which is rarer than it should be in Hoi An.
The space itself is quiet and unhurried, which matters more than people admit when you’re choosing between identical-looking storefronts on the same street. Staff greet you immediately, drinks and snacks come out (including fresh mango post-treatment), and the whole operation runs at a pace that feels attentive rather than transactional.
One practical note: the cash-only policy is enforced selectively according to at least one reviewer, so bring dong regardless of what you’re told at the door. Prices run higher than hotel spa rates for comparable treatments, so calibrate expectations accordingly.
Highlights
- Staff attentiveness is consistent - immediate greeting, drinks, snacks, and post-service treats like fresh mango
- Full-service menu means you can stack treatments (nails plus massage, for example) in a single visit
- Atmosphere is calm and not overcrowded
- Cash-only policy appears to be applied inconsistently depending on the customer
