Order the salted coffee (ca phe muoi) or the weasel coffee if you want the specialty of the house; the iced salt coffee gets requested again and again. The civet cat espresso runs about 120,000 VND and comes in a can that looks rough but tastes deep, slightly bitter, almost tea-like rather than overtly coffee-forward. Ask for the coconut chocolate even though it’s not on the menu, and try the hot chocolate too. You can also buy the organic coffee beans on site and ask staff about where they’re sourced. Ask for Ha, Nhi, or Van, all of whom give solid recommendations if you’re unsure what to order.
