Vy is the name that keeps coming up in reviews, and for good reason: she’s precise, funny, and won’t let you leave with something that doesn’t fit (she’ll even deliver to your hotel, pressed and packed).
The fabric selection is wide, and the staff are patient with first-timers who walk in with nothing but a phone full of reference photos. They also speak solid English, which matters more than you’d think when you’re trying to explain the difference between a structured shoulder and a relaxed one.
One real caveat: if you want structure – sharp suiting, stiff collars, tailoring that holds a silhouette – have a very direct conversation about fabric weight before you commit. A couple of reviewers got soft, drapey results when they expected something more architectural. Ask to feel samples and push back if something doesn’t seem right.
