Cocobox
Description
Cocobox sits in the thick of the old town and somehow still feels calm – it’s connected to Hoi An Roastery but smaller, quieter, and more personal. The farm-to-table angle is thought through, not just a chalkboard slogan, with coffee sourced locally and a short menu of breakfast bowls and baked goods that hold up.
The coconut coffee is what most people come for, and the staff will actually walk you through what you’re drinking if you ask (which you should). The banana cake earns repeat visits from people who were only planning to stop once.
Practical note: the upstairs has old town views and ceiling fans, though at least one person found the fan placement directly overhead a bit much on a long sit.
