Three fittings across three days is the standard approach for suits and shirts, and it works. One reviewer got two suits and two shirts done this way and left happy (which, in Hoi An tailor terms, is not as common as you’d hope).
They also deliver to your hotel, which matters more than it sounds when you’re juggling a packed itinerary and don’t want to make an extra tuk-tuk trip on your last day.
