Deli Sky Bar Hoi An
Description
A rooftop bar on the 7th floor of the Delicacy Hotel, and one of the better perches in Hoi An for watching the sun go down. The views over the old town are good, the breeze up top makes the heat bearable, and the cocktails – particularly the whiskey sours – are taken seriously by the staff.
The team here is the real selling point. Ruby, Luna, and Sunny come up in review after review, and not in the vague ‘great service’ way – people are writing thank-you notes to them by name. That kind of hospitality is harder to find than a good view.
Happy hour runs from 4pm to 7pm, which lines up almost perfectly with sunset. A couple of the rooftop murals are a bit questionable (the reviews mention it, so it’s worth knowing), but nobody comes here for the wall art.
