The leather quality here is noticeably better than the surrounding shops (one German reviewer speaks Vietnamese and confirmed the staff aren’t being shady when you’re not listening, which is a low bar but a real one). Fittings happen before the final product is finished, so if something is off you can flag it then rather than at pickup.

Delivery to your hotel is offered but has caused stress for time-pressed travelers (factor in a buffer day if your flight is tight). Sizing can run slightly large on made-to-measure pieces, so wear the shoes around during your fitting rather than just standing in them.
