Description

Emma Spa Branch 2 is a family-run operation where the details actually matter – heated eye masks, warm neck pillows, hot towels, and a full snack-and-tea ritual before and after your session. This isn’t a conveyor-belt tourist spa. Someone here thought about what makes a massage better, and then did all of it.

The massages are the main event, particularly the full-body Vietnamese style. Ask for Loan if you want someone who looks unassuming and then works out knots you forgot you had. The nail and foot care side is equally solid – clean tools, good attention to detail, no rushing.

The team communicates well, speaks enough English and French to make you comfortable, and Emma’s sister apparently hands out local tips like they’re going out of style. People come back multiple times in the same trip, which says more than any description could.

Highlights

Insider Tip
Request Loan by name when you book - she's deceptively strong and regulars keep coming back specifically for her.
Pros
'- Heated accessories throughout (eye mask, neck pillow, towels) are consistently called out as a standout touch
- Full pre and post-massage ritual: foot bath, cold towel, ginger tea, fresh fruit, snacks
- Massage quality across the whole team is consistently strong, not just one standout therapist
- Staff warmth and attentiveness mentioned in almost every review
Cons
- Loan gets mentioned by name repeatedly, so availability isn't guaranteed - book ahead if she's who you want
- No clear cons emerge from the reviews, though it's a small family spa so don't expect a large menu of exotic treatments
Best For
Couples, Solo traveler, Date night
