Gito Hostel
Description
Gito sits about 7-10 minutes walk from the Old Town, which is the sweet spot – close enough to walk everywhere, far enough to actually sleep. The beds have privacy curtains and locks, the AC is strong, and the rooms are clean (not ‘hostel clean’, actually clean).
The free breakfast covers both sweet and savory options, the coffee is good, and there’s a water refill station so you’re not constantly buying plastic bottles. Staff help organize day trips and courses if you want structure, but nobody’s pushing anything on you.
The common room is where people actually meet each other, and the nightly events are low-key enough that it never tips into party hostel territory. If you want to extend your Hoi An stay, this place is a big part of why people do.

- Beds have privacy curtains and locks, strong AC, and everything stays clean
- Social without being loud - nightly events but firmly in the chill lane
- Nothing significant emerges from reviews, which is either reassuring or suspicious (it's reassuring)
