The dishwashing is taken care of too (which matters more than you’d think after a full morning of cooking).
Linh herself is the reason people rave about this place. She’s high-energy, technically sharp, and the kind of teacher who won’t let you phone it in. You pick your dishes from a full menu beforehand, so the class is built around what you actually want to learn.
This works well for families with older kids – the market walk alone is worth booking for. The skills transfer back home too, which is more than you can say for most cooking classes that are really just lunch with extra steps.
