Heyday Coffee
Description
A small riverside cafe that does two things exceptionally well: coconut coffee and salt coffee. The salt coffee in particular catches people off guard – it’s smooth, lightly savory, and not what you’d expect (in the best way).
The upstairs balcony has three seats with a direct river view toward the food street on the opposite bank. It’s calm here, which is a minor miracle given where it sits in the old town.
The owner pays attention. Multiple regulars report that he remembered their orders from previous visits, which is either impressive or slightly unnerving depending on your disposition.
