Hi5 Garden Craft Beer
Description
Hi5 Garden sits on a quieter street away from the Ancient Town chaos, and that alone makes it worth finding. A three-generation family operation – daughter, mum, and grandma – runs the place with the kind of ease that makes you feel like a regular within ten minutes of sitting down. They’ll let you pour your own tap beer if you ask nicely, which tells you everything about the vibe here.
Around eight local craft beers on tap, a tasting set if you want to work through them properly, and homecook Vietnamese food that earns real praise (the spring rolls have converted at least one Italian, which is a high bar). Plenty of vegetarian options, an open kitchen, and cooking classes if you want to go deeper.
This place stays open after the Old Town enforces its early closing, making it useful for a late drink without abandoning quality. Owner Huong runs a tight, warm ship.
