Breakfast includes banana pancakes with fresh-squeezed orange juice and fruit, priced around 60,000VND, though the downstairs seating area draws flies so ask to eat upstairs or on the balcony. Free bicycles and scooter rentals are available on site, and the host family arranges airport transfers. Old town is roughly 2km away and the beach around 3km, both doable on the complimentary bikes. Expect construction noise from a machine shop next door between 6-8am, plus roosters starting around 4am, so this isn’t the spot for late sleepers.
The pool, breakfast, and free bikes make this a strong value pick for the price, but room quality is inconsistent – some are clean and huge, others have mold on the ceiling or a lingering damp smell from plumbing issues. Ask to see the room before committing, and if anything looks off, request a swap immediately rather than settling in.
