KOME’S Restaurant Hoi An
Description
Kome’s is the kind of small Vietnamese spot that earns repeat visits without trying. The bun cha is the main event – smoky, properly made, and apparently good enough that at least one customer compared it favorably to Hanoi’s most famous bun cha restaurant after eating both back to back.
The menu sticks to the classics: bun cha, shrimp rolls, papaya salad, spring rolls. Nothing flashy, everything solid. The guy running the floor is warm without being performative about it (rare enough to be worth mentioning).
It sits close to Mad Monkey hostel, which makes it convenient if you’re staying in that area and want something real to eat instead of hostel bar food.
