A brand-new boutique hotel sitting just far enough from the Old Town to face rice fields instead of tour groups. The rooms are small but well-designed – retro wood furniture, big balconies, windows that actually open – and the owner runs the place like they have a personal stake in whether you enjoy yourself, because they do. Best for independent travelers who want decent facilities without paying resort prices.
No restaurant on-site, but there’s a kitchenette for instant noodles (or whatever you’re carrying), unlimited free bottled water in the lounge, and free bicycle rental so you can ride to the Old Town in ten minutes rather than pay for a Grab every time. The pool is small but functional, with towels and life vests provided. Parking for cars and motorbikes is generous, which is rarer than it should be around here.
Soundproofing is notably thin – corridor conversations land in your room without much filtering – so light sleepers should know that going in. No elevator, but it’s three floors and the stairs are easy. If you need a big room or a business-hotel level of quiet, look elsewhere. If you’re happy cycling around Hoi An and want a clean base that won’t charge you for the umbrella you borrowed, this is a solid call.
