Description

Aerial hammock yoga in an air-conditioned studio near Nourish restaurant in the old town. You hang from silk hammocks to do inversions, stretches, and core work – it’s harder than it looks, but in a way that feels more like play than punishment.

Rosie teaches almost every class and she’s the reason this place works. Patient with complete beginners, clear with instructions, and good at making people feel safe upside down (which is a specific skill not every instructor has).

Drop-ins are welcome and most people here have never tried aerial yoga before, so there’s no intimidating atmosphere of experienced practitioners floating around you. The studio itself is modern and clean – not a converted shophouse with questionable rigging.

Insider Tip
Walk in off the street if you're already at Nourish next door - several people have done exactly that and ended up taking a class on the spot.
Pros
'- Rosie is consistently excellent - patient, clear instructions, good with first-timers
- Genuinely beginner-friendly, most students are trying it for the first time
- Air-conditioned studio (not a given in Hoi An)
- Fun enough that people come back, which is a better endorsement than any review
Cons
- More physically demanding than people expect - don't book this the day before a long bike ride
- Single instructor means if Rosie's unavailable, your experience may vary
Best For
Beginners, Solo traveler, Couples, Groups
