Miss Hoi An Cafe
Description
Miss Hoi An Cafe sits in the middle of rice fields with lake views and three floors of seating – it’s essentially the best sunset-watching perch within cycling distance of the old town. The menu is limited to Western-style breakfast and drinks all day (no pho, no local food, just toast and coffee), so come with that expectation firmly set.
The coconut coffee is good and the setting does most of the heavy lifting. No air conditioning, but the open-air layout catches enough breeze to make it survivable even in the heat (your mileage may vary in August).
Prices are high for what you’re getting – you’re paying for the view and the vibe, not a revelation in food. If you’re happy with that trade-off, it delivers.
