Mr.Andy
Description
Andy runs a half-day countryside bike tour out of Hoi An that hits the actual good stuff: rice fields, Tra Que vegetable farm, a water buffalo ride, and a coconut basket boat on the river. Along the way you stop at a local family home to make rice noodles and rice pancakes from scratch (not a demo you watch – you actually do it).
The coffee and lemonade stop at a small local cafe is, according to everyone who’s done this, excellent. Andy grew up in the area, which means the village and farm stops feel like visits to his family’s backyard rather than a loop around the tourist circuit.
If a bike gets a flat tire, Andy hands you his own and sorts the logistics himself. That’s the level of guide you’re dealing with.

Book directly with Andy and mention your group size upfront - he gave his own bike to a guest with a flat tire, so he's clearly more invested when he knows exactly who he's guiding.

Cons
'- With only 13 reviews, it's hard to know how the experience scales across different group sizes or seasons
- Reviews are uniformly positive, which makes it difficult to flag any weak spots - go in with reasonable bike-tour expectations (dusty roads, midday heat)
