The garlic butter lobster, tamarind crab, and scallops with spring onion fat are the headline acts, and the seafood is fresh enough that you can taste it in every dish (the coconut-steamed tiger prawns alone are worth the trip out here).

The menu covers a lot of ground – hotpot with a clean, light broth, grilled cobia fish, stir-fried seafood noodles with properly chewy strands, and salted fish fried rice that hits the salty-savory spot without going overboard. Nothing feels like an afterthought.

The space is tidy and big enough for families and groups without feeling chaotic. Staff get good marks for being attentive, which at a busy beach restaurant is not something you can take for granted.
